Ingredients

  3. Chopped garlic

  • Wash the lion’s mane mushroom gently to remove any dirt. Cut carefully around 3 or 4 crosssection parts of the mushroom.
  • take a pan and heat it on a medium flame for 1 min, then add olive oil and butter and heat it for 1 to mins.
  • Add finely chopped onion and garlic in the pan and saute for 1 min.
